·James Wang has over 20years of experience in China’s financial sector having worked in a executive capacity for ICBC, American Express, China UnionPay, being a part of the history of Chinese Bank Cards since its conception till now. James Wang has an extensive network and full fledged knowledge of bank cards operational process.

·James Wang holds an EMBA from Changjia Business School, a MBA from the City University of Macau, and a bachelors degree from Shanghai Finance University.

·Former Managing Director of American Express International Co., Ltd., CEO of Dongdu International Group Dongdu Enterprise Management Co., Ltd., and CEO of Jingwei Land (Thailand) Co., Ltd.

·Over 20 years of experience that spreads across multiple industries. Responsible for the American Express’s acquisition of LianLian Payment. Has multiple awards and honors including being named Fortune Magazine’s “Top 20 CEO”

·Mainly responsible for the daily operation and execution of Toplist and deployment of the company's overall strategic plan

·Extremely experienced in the field of information technology services for many years, and once served as the sales director of "Allyes".

·Joined Toplist in 2013 and led the charge on market expansion and execution, and has extensive contacts and industry operation management experience.

·Responsible for Toplist’s R&D, undertaking many major projects.

·Formerly the CTO for a number of Internet-based companies such as “china car net” and is very skilled in e-commerce and program development.

·Responsible for the group's financial management strategy and planning, and assist the group in formulating financial professional processes and operations

·Previously served as the financial director of Greater China Finance, with more than 15 years of industry experience

·Formerly at ICBC Shanghai Branch, responsible for VIP services. Part of the team that were responsible for China’s first co-branded credit card. Also formerly the Business Development head of a national magazine.
